When many anglers think fall fishing and especially walleye, they naturally think deep water.

But what is deep? 30 feet, 40 feet or even more? That answer depends are where you are from geographically and each fishery and or angler will have his/her own answer to this question. For the purpose of this article, I’m going to refer to deep water as anything greater than 20’ in-depth.
